(Capsicum annuum)
A blocky sweet pepper whose fruit turn from green to bright orange as they ripen. The mature fruit are thick-fleshed, with a sweet taste and a juicy, crunchy texture.
The tidy, medium-sized plants can be grown in the ground, but will also yield well in large pots 7.5 to 10 litres in volume. They will, however, need support, especially when fruit production begins.
