Delivery Information for plug plants

We charge £5.50 for postage and packaging. This is a flat rate, so the more you order the cheaper your plants. 

– Sorry the delivery charge is so much, but both the postage and the packaging are now very expensive, and this is what it costs us.

Delivery time
We mail out  plug plants from the end of April and throughout May. The exact time the mail out starts depends on the weather and the condition of the plants.

Orders are sent out according to the date they were made, with the earliest orders being sent out first. So the earlier you make your order the sooner you will get your plants. However, we can be flexible and will do our best to help out if you have a special need – the only thing we cannot do is to guarantee an order is sent out on a specific date. So if there is a time you want or do not want your order sent – perhaps you are going on a holiday and want your plants to be sent after you get back – leave a note in the comment section and we will do what we can.

PLEASE NOTE: No orders are sent out earlier than late April. 

 

Delivery method
The plants are packed in see-through blister packs; and sent out by first class post. These blister packs do not fit through most letter boxes, so if this could be a problem please leave instructions for the postman where the package can be left. Remember they must not be left in the sun. Very large orders may be sent by courier.

The day your order is sent out we will send an email to you letting you know.
